Flyers - How to Make Use of Them?

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008
MOJO asked:

Flyers are used as a mean of advertising and sales promoting.

Their efficiency is depended on the way you circle them and how do they reach the potential customer’s hands.

The expression: “Garbage Mail” was born because of those million Flyers who were packed and compressed in our mail boxes. Most of the people don’t care to read those flyers and they are immediately thrown away, or as it is known in other words: vertically filed in the garbage can.

Talking about efficiency – several marketing companies studied the efficiency of circling flyers in male boxes and they found that per 1000 flyers you get 100 phone calls, which crate 10 business meetings, which end with 1 closed deal. If the deal is for 1000$ then its OK, but most of the deals which are following Flyers are for 100$. 1000 flyers cost the distributor 350$ manufacturing and distributing. The conclusion is obvious: it doesn’t pay.

Let me advise you where, when and how to make Flyers efficient:

Distribute your Flyers enveloped. People respect envelopes. In the collective memory: envelopes contain serious content. They wouldn’t be thrown away near by the mail box. People will take them home and open them there. The minute the Flier reached home -  it is a whole different story. It will be read and since then it got much more chances to be attended and even kept.

Flyers with changing data are winners. When a person is addressed by his name on a Flier   - there is almost no chance that he’ll throw it away just like this. Changing data makes Flyers more relevant and actual. It adds a dimension of power, of convincing force, to this piece of paper called Flyer. In most cases the personally addressed person will pick up the phone and ask what its all about.

Hand your Flyers over personally. There are several ways to do it wisely:

A. Pile them on your store counter by the cashier and while people are waiting to their turn – they’ll take a look at them and probably will add one of them to their shopping bag.

B. If you are running a restaurant -  add one of your Flyers to the bill. It can be done wherever a bill is handed personally to customers.

C. When your cashier is packing goods for byers – instruct her to add a Flier into the package.

D. Pizza delivery boys always come with an extra Flier. Your plumber wouldn’t leave your premises without leaving his Flier behind.

When the Flier gets its attention – then revealed its advantages. On a shiny, colored, pleasant to be touched sheet of paper , you can print a lot of information. If you add to the wordings some decorations, images, pictures, illustrations, funny drawings and so on, you have a very attracting tool of advertising. We know that well designed Flyers are kept for good in an easy to be reached spot at home or office. Flyers of “Take a way” food are very popular, Flyers of emergency aid like plumbers, electricians, locksmith and such are very needed.

You can compare Flyers to Business Cards or Business Magnets. It is an advertising and promoting tool too. The magnets assure that the information on it is there to stay, stuck to a “catching the eye” surface. Yet the big advantage of Flyers is their measures. Much more room for information.

Now that we know that Flyers are here to stay, let’s learn some basics about the product itself and how to design it.

Flyers are printed on chrome 160 gr paper. Yet one can ask for any other kind of paper.

The most popular sizes are A4 – 22 X 28 cm or A5 – 21 X 15 cm. One can order any other sizes.

It can be printed on single side or double.

It can be a single flat sheet or folded into two pages.

The real challenge is how to design the graphics and make the Folder attractive and appealing.

It begins with the color of the background. The first impact of the Folder is its background color. Physicians, healers, social workers, tend to choose soft colors.

Clowns, DJs, wedding organizers, tend to choose young and happy colors.

Lawyers, accountants, brokers, coachers, tend to choose off-white, beige, soft-gray colors.

Business people, salesmen, tend to choose sky blue as if “the sky is the limit”…..and so on.

On the background comes the information “what’s the Flyer wants to say”. It can be verbal or graphic art or the combinations of them. Let’s begin with illustrations, images, pictures and such. First of all - “Logo”, that’s essential. Then comes a landscape photo in case of tourism Flyer, or a drooling image of the food you’ll send home from your fast food kiosk or restaurant. Plumbers and other disastrous repair men use funny illustrations in order not to intimidate their customers……………and so on.

With using the right background colors, “Logo” and images, you don’t have to overload the Flyerwith unnecessary wordings. Just add the various ways of contacting you and your Flyer is done.

Address experts who know how to design efficient Flyers and enjoy their advantages of advertising and promoting your business.

October Birthstone

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008
Rita Mae Badrina asked:

OCTOBER BIRTHSTONE

Basically there are two birthstones for the month of October. These are the opal and the pink tourmaline. Opal was derived from the ancient Sanskrit word “upala” and the latin word “opalus” which means precious stone. The opal is the most common gemstone.

The opal is made up of microscopic silica spheres that is held together by other silicas and water. It is a very fragile hydrated silica material. The opal is a soft stone and can be altered easily in appearance by heat and pressure. The opal contains different amounts of water and this is what determines the appearance of the opal. If the water evaporates out of the opal, the mineral will appear slightly smaller and the effect of the evaporation will create ***** on the gemstone.

You can actually find an opal in near-surface volcanic rocks. It is found within the cavities and cracks. In a sedimentary ash rock, the opal is formed by percolating water that dissolves the silica and eventually precipitates and results to an opal. The opal is sometimes the replacement for fossils, shells, bones, or wood. It is a substitue for those materials that the original material has already dissolved.

Opals are very famous because of their multi-colored effects or their play of colors. There are so many stones that has the colors of the rainbow when they are moved. This is because of the interference of the light on the stone’s small cracks. Opals also have this kind of ability because to the stone’s impurities. If you see some pearly or milky appearance on opals, this is because of the presence of tiny gas bubbles. The red and yellows betray the abundance of iron oxides. The beautiful black opal can sometimes appear green, blue or red, this is caused by the magnesium oxides and carbon within the opal. Possibly the most valuable opal is the harlequin, it is a large stone with angular patches of yellow, red and green and it resembles the checks on a clown’s dress.

The major source of opals is in Australia. The country is also noted for the abundance of the magnificent black opals. However, you can find the fire opals in Mexico even now, Mexico is still abundant with the Fire opal. The brilliant fire opals can also be found in the state of Nevada in the United States. Other sources of the opal are Honduras, Nicaragua, Japan, Ireland, Guatemala, and Brazil.

The opal represents love and hope according to the ancient Romans. The opal is sometimes called as the Anchor of Love. Legend states that it fell from the sky in flashes of lightning. Ancient civilizations say that it makes the wearer powerful by being invisible. The opal was the amulet of spies and thieves.

During the Medieval Age, if the opal changes its color, it was believed that the owner was either ill or in good health. The gemstone was used to maintain a strong heart protection from infection, fainting, and is used as an air freshener.

Tips for Pretty Neck

Sunday, December 28th, 2008
Bella Mclaine asked:

Cosmetics are substances used to enhance or protect the appearance or odor of the human body. Cosmetics include skin-care creams, lotions, powders, perfumes, lipsticks, fingernail and toe nail polish, eye and ****** makeup, permanent waves, colored contact lenses, hair colors, hair sprays and gels, deodorants, baby products, bath oils, bubble baths, bath salts, butters and many other types of products. Their use is widespread, especially among women in Western countries. A subset of cosmetics is called “make-up,” which refers primarily to colored products intended to alter the user’s appearance. Many manufacturers distinguish between decorative cosmetics and care cosmetics.

The manufacture of cosmetics is currently dominated by a small number of multinational corporations that originated in the early 20th century, but the distribution and sale of cosmetics is spread among a wide range of different businesses. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) which regulates cosmetics in the United States defines cosmetics as: “intended to be applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance without affecting the body’s structure or functions.” This broad definition includes, as well, any material intended for use as a component of a cosmetic product. The FDA specifically excludes soap from this category.

The first archaeological evidence of cosmetics usage is found in Egypt around 3500 BC. The Ancient Greeks and Romans also used cosmetics. The Romans and Ancient Egyptians used cosmetics containing poisonous mercury and often lead. The Biblical book of Esther describes various beauty treatments as well.

In the western world, the advent of cosmetics was in the middle ages, although typically restricted to use within the upper classes. Beauty products use was frowned upon at some points in Western history. For example, in the 1800s, make-up was used primarily by prostitutes, and Queen Victoria publicly declared makeup improper, vulgar, and acceptable only for use by actors. Adolf ****** told women that face painting was for clowns and not for the women of the Master Race.

By the middle of the 20th century, cosmetics were in widespread use by women in nearly all industrial societies around the world. Cosmetics have been in use for thousands of years. The absence of regulation of the manufacture and use of beauty care products has led to negative side effects, deformities, blindness, and even death through the ages. Examples of this were the prevalent use of ceruse (white lead), to cover the face during the Renaissance, and blindness caused by the mascara Lash Lure during the early 1900s.

The worldwide annual expenditures for cosmetics are estimated at U.S. $19 billion. Of the major firms, the oldest and the largest is L’Oreal, which was founded by Eugene Schueller in 1909 as the French Harmless Hair Coloring Company. The market was developed in the USA during the 1910s by Elizabeth Arden, Helena Rubinstein, and Max Factor. These firms were joined by Revlon just before World War II and Estée Lauder just after.

Like most industry, cosmetic companies resist regulation by government agencies like the FDA, and have lobbied against this throughout the years.

Is it a Fun Family Project or a Three Ring Circus?

Thursday, December 25th, 2008
Angela Leon asked:

All parents have had the beautiful day dream of doing a project together as a family. Our latest one consisted of the simple task of planting a flower bed. Imagine a father, a mother, Chase a 4 year old, and Bryce and Conner twin two year olds, sadly Breanna the 13 year old was at school. Father and mother make the plan and smile at the thought of creating something beautiful together with their children.

Plan for family project!

Step 1: Mom goes to buy plants while dad and boys stay home to clear the section to be utilized as the flower bed.

Step 2: Mom returns home with flowers and the fun begins.

Step 3: Mom digs holes.

Step 4: Dad hands flower Chase.

Step 5: Chase places flower in hole.

Step 6: Bryce & Conner fill hole up with dirt.

Step 7: Water the newly planted flowers.

Step 8: Wash up and put boys down for a nap.

“The boys will have so much fun, digging in the dirt, placing the flowers in, and watching the flowers grow.” It all sounds like such a fairytale.

Reality of the family project!

Mom heads off to the store and dad begins to dig. It does not take long, approximately 5 minutes, till the boys want to help dad dig. Although their help is not in the plan for this phase, being the good dad he is, he gets each one a garden tool and shows them how to dig and remove the weeds. The boys are busy again so back to work. A couple of dirt turns in, Dad hears the familiar sound of boys screaming the famous words “that’s mine”, “I had it first”, immediately followed by “your not doing it right”! Dad stops his digging AGAIN settles the argument and back to work. He gets quite a bit further this time since it does not take long for the boys to realize playing on the swing set is more fun than digging. Dad is almost finished when he hears a scream followed by crying, Conner is lying on the ground crying. No need to worry, he is o.k., just a bruised foot.

Mom gets home during lunch, has a quick bite to eat with them and giggles at dads stories from the morning. While the boys are distracted looking at the new flowers and getting instructions from mom, dad quickly finished clearing the area. Ready to get started, mom digs the first hole, Dad hands the flower to Chase who puts it into the hole, and Bryce & Conner fill hole up with dirt. This plan is working wonderfully, until the dog runs off with the garden tools, and the boys start fighting (again) over who is supposed to do what. “When do I get to dig?” “I want to get my own flower out”. “When can we water them”? After much deliberation and chasing down the dog, mom continues to dig and dad hands each boy a flower that he is responsible for putting in the hole and filling with dirt. The boys did their jobs till they got tired of it and mom and dad came behind to finish covering with dirt, or turning over the flower that was placed in upside down. The project is finally considered done. With a light sprinkle of water, the tools are put away and the boys are herded inside to get cleaned up and ready for nap. After lots of soap, water, and a new change of clothes, the boys are put down for a nap.

At the end of the day, only about 2/3 of the flowers got planted the rest were torn apart by the dog or torn apart by the boys who really thought that they did not need help taking out the flowers. So in reference to the question, “Is it a Fun Family Project or a Three Ring Circus?” With this many kids, it is always a circus, and nothing make me happier than being at the Circus!

A Wheel Within a Wheel: The Negro Leagues

Monday, December 22nd, 2008
F.r. Penn asked:

Although many aspects of the early days of baseball have been well documented, historians are just beginning to chronicle the major role that Black athletes played in making professional baseball popular. Black ball players have played the game for about as many years as White players. Players of color, both Black and Hispanic, were on mostly White ball clubs in the first days of amateur ball, but when the majors started to become popular in the early 1900’s, an unwritten barbaric rule went into effect that kept players of color out of professional baseball.

At that time, segregation was the poison that had drained our society of its full potential. In baseball, it robbed us of the opportunity to witness some of the greatest athletes of all time on an even playing field. It was a time when legends such as Ty Cobb, Shoeless Joe Jackson, and Cy Young came to light. What would be our perception of those legends if segregation had not skewed our vision?

Minority players who might have achieved greatness in the majors were relegated to the minor leagues or, as they were called, the Negro Leagues. Life was tough for the Black ball player in those days. There were many sordid incidents, including clashes with the Klan, spitting on players from the stands, and the throwing of rocks at team buses. Yes there was definitely a “color barrier,” not only for baseball but for America.

Many of the statistics and numbers from the Negro Leagues are unknown, and the talking points about greatness in the league cannot be verified because the games, events and incidents were not documented properly.

Until Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in 1947, much of the history of players of color was forgotten and lost. Mostly, all we have as a resource are the stories of the players that played in the Negro Leagues.

Walter “Dirk” Gibbons, a pitcher with the Indianapolis Clowns, said, “Nobody wants to believe we were as good as they say we were, but I can vouch for it, I was there. I know these guys were really that good. All we wanted was a chance to prove we could play the game. I knew sooner or later it would happen, but we had to go through so much before it really did happen.” Walter Gibbons should know what good is; by his own account, he was a 19-game winner with 229 strikeouts in one season. The Indianapolis Clowns were also the team that produced Hank Aaron. In considering what happened, Gibbons succinctly noted, “It was segregation, and that is just the way it was.”

At one time, much of what went on in the Negro Leagues was ignored. In fact, Gibbons claimed that Jackie Robinson wasn’t the best player in the leagues. “He was good, but he wasn’t the best,” said Gibbons. Other players, like Satchel Paige and Larry Doby have a place in the history of baseball once they entered the majors, but what about their accomplishments when they were locked out of the all-White leagues?

At the end of the Civil War, the Negro Leagues started to develop with the creation of unofficial and unorganized teams. The first Black professional team took the field in 1885 in Babylon, New York. White reporters named the team the “Cuban Giants” in an attempt to attract White teams to play them. By the end of the 1860’s, there were a number of Black baseball teams in the Philadelphia area that would play against any other team, professional or not.

By 1885, Black baseball started to organize with the official formation of the Southern League of Base Ballists. In 1888, the Middle States League appeared and admitted two all-Black teams, the Cuban Giants and the New York Gorhams. After a long and blurry history of organizational forming, dissolving and reforming, Bill Veeck attempted to buy the Philadelphia Phillies, announcing that he would recruit Black players for his club. The National League stepped in and bought the Phillies, handing the club over to William Cox, who had no such intentions.

Finally in 1945, Branch Rickey, a member of the Major League Committee on Baseball Integration, searched the national and international baseball scene. He was looking for the best player candidate to break the color line in Major League Baseball. His perfect candidate turned out to be Jackie Robinson. It has been suggested that Robinson wasn’t the first player to break through the color barrier; that there were others before him. While there may be some truth to that, Jackie Robinson will always be remembered as the player who started to change the public’s attitude toward segregation.

Today, there’s a concerted effort to remember the past. In February 2006, a special 12-member panel was convened to start the electoral process of inducting players from the Negro Leagues and pre-Negro Leagues into Baseball’s Hall of Fame. Although so many players of color never participated in Major League Baseball, the greats are starting to be officially recognized for their athletic achievements.

Toy Story 3

Thursday, December 18th, 2008
Jennifer Longe asked:

Generally, I don’t like threequel because most of the time they ****. Sometimes they **** so bad, that they actually make you wish you never started the saga. But I’m looking forward to this one.

Toy Story, a tale about toys who come to life when their owner Andy or any other human is not around, is one of the best movies I’ve watched. It’s nearly as good as The Lion King. Toy Story is the first computer animated feature film. So in some ways we can thank it for movies such as Ice Age and Shrek since it opened the way and others followed. For a 1995 movie, it looks great. The elements which can make you notice that it actually is from the 20th century are the hair and the clothes which barely move or don’t move as it would in real life. Other than that, it’s a real master piece.

Toy Story 2 was even better than the first one. The only thing I didn’t like was the way it made me feel guilty about the way I took care of my toys. Especially the part where Jessie says: “You never forget kids like Emilie or Andy. But they forget you.” So to make myself feel better, I kept repeating to myself: “It’s just a movie and toys do not come alive when you’re not there or have feelings” – Right?

Just when I had finally managed to get rid of my guilt, there comes Toy Story 3.

Plot: Woody, Buzz, and the rest of their toy-box friends are dumped in a day-care center after their owner, Andy, departs for college. – By the way, does anybody know where/who Andy’s father is?

That kid seemed to loves his toys so much that I was sure that he would have kept them in the attic then maybe give them to his kids. I hope that they got there by mistake and/or that he will come back for them.

Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Rex, Ham, Barbie, Mr. and Mrs Potato Head are back with the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Jodi Benson, Estelle Harris and Don Ricless. News characters/toys are:

Ken with the voice of Michael Keaton

‘Chuckles’ The Clown with the voice of James Anthony Cotton

Ned Beatty also has a role in the movie but it’s unknown since Pixar wants to keep fans in the dark for the time being.

The script was written by Michael Arndt (Little Miss Sunshine (2006)) and Andrew Stanton (Toy Story (1995), Toy Story 2 (1999) Finding Nemo (2003)).

It is produced by John Lasseter (The Incredibles (2004), Bolt (2008)) with Darla K. Anderson (Monster, Inc (2001), Cars 2006) and directed by Lee Unkrich (Toy Story 2 (1999), Finding Nemo (2003)).

Toy Story 3 will hit theaters on June 18th 2010.

Vacation With Kids - All-Inclusive Resort ClubMed

Wednesday, December 17th, 2008
Dee Adams asked:

Being a mom is a never ending job. There’s always homework to go over, dishes in the sink, laundry to fold, dinner to cook, shopping for shoes (again!), PTA meetings, bills to pay… Wouldn’t you just love to go on a vacation where you don’t have to worry about where to go for dinner and what activities to organize for the kids each day? and what about having a little private time without the kids?

If this is what you’re looking for, “All-Inclusive” resort is your answer.

Club Med (short for Club Méditerranée) is operated by a French corporation and offers all-inclusive vacation resorts in many parts of the world, usually in highly exotic locations. There are over 80 Club Med resorts around the world, with each resort offering an extensive list of services and activities in one single package.

These “All inclusive” packages include lodging, meals, soft drinks, use of facilities, a wide variety of sports activities, games, and shows. Alcoholic drinks are bought with bids which are purchased separately, although some locations now include alcohol and snacks in their package.

Many resorts feature outdoor buffet dining, daytime sports and activities, and evening shows performed by the Club Med staff which are called “GOs” (short for “Gracious Organizers”), and usually invite the participation of the guests, which are called “GMs” (short for “Gracious Members”), while the resort is known as a “village”. A unique feature of Club Med is the socializing of the GOs with the GMs, all playing, dining, drinking and dancing together day and night.

There are many villages that provide facilities for children of different ages, which are supervised by trained staff. Children are divided into age group clubs - “Baby”, “Petit”, “Mini”, and “Junior’s”.

Mini Club Med? (4-10 years):

Mini Club Med? is for kids ages 4 - 10 years old, and activities are included in the package for no additional cost:

Kids activities that include arts and crafts, soccer, sailing, in-line skating, games, “mini scientist” and other fun activities;

Clubhouse surrounded by an outdoor “funscape” area with toys, dollhouses, trains and slides;

Some resorts offer special activities (also included in the package) such as Mini Tennis, Flying trapeze, tennis, soccer, sailing, in-line skating, games, arts & crafts, mini scientist, and even Circus school where kids can learn juggling, walking the tightrope, jumping on the trampoline, swinging on the trapeze and clowning around in the circus workshops.

Juniors’ Club Med (11 to 17 years olds)

“Club Med Passworld?” - an exclusive new zone just for kids and teens 11 to 17 years old, where they can enjoy many different activities, all included in the package price:

Performing Arts : Hip-hop, theater, shows, singing, musical instruments, sound mixing, magic, musicals, African dance;

Acting and Film: video, theatre, direction, editing;

Creative Activities: Jewelry, makeup, craft work, fashion, Brazilian bracelets, graffiti art;

Baby Club Med? (4-23 months) Care is provided 9:00am to 5:30pm for babies 4 - 23 months old, for an additional charge. The children are divided into two groups: not yet walking and walking up to 23 months.

Pablo Picasso - a Life of Art

Tuesday, December 16th, 2008
Russell Shortt asked:

Picasso from the beginning had oodles of talent, rebelliousness and genius; his art- teacher father copped it from the off and nurtured the young Pablo until he surpassed him when barely in his teens. Soon after, his family moved to Barcelona, the city would forever be Picasso’s real home in his heart. His father persuaded the School of Fine Arts to allow his son to sit their entrance examination; this process normally took a number of months, Picasso did it in a week, he was accepted - he was still only thirteen. At sixteen, he went to study in Madrid’s Royal Academy of San Fernando, but he detested the didactic nature of the institution and began mitching classes, spending his days in the Prado admiring the works of Velazquez, Goya, Zurbaran and in particular El Greco. He moved to Paris in 1900, moving in with the poet Max Jacob who taught him French and French literature. Picasso ate up the works of Manet, Courbet and Toulouse-Lautrec; his own work was changing from use of a variable range of brilliant colours to a single dark and oppressive blue. It revealed a change in the way he viewed his subjects, no longer ruthlessly and satirically but with sympathy and melancholy. They were paintings of the dispossessed of Paris, those existing in the void, their spiritual smattering evoked powerfully by angular lines and the blue, the blue, the never-ending blue! El Greco is all over Picasso’s Blue Period, the lost hours wandering the lost corridors of the Prado were not so lost after all.

From 1904, his work began to regain its romantic quality, the tin of blue paint had ran out and Pablo bought warmer colours and began to develop a style that would so dominate the twentieth century. He still concentrated on social misfits, concentrating on those outcasts who decide to go the whole hog, no longer bothering with any convention, where did he find such cutaways? Why, the circus of course! Harlequins, acrobats and clowns dominate his work during this period. Picasso painted them and they influenced him, he too would soon abandon all convention, ripping up the form book and defining things on his own merits and in so doing or by so doing he entered his African period. His Les Demoiselles d’Avignon (1907, Museum of Modern Art) was pure abandonment! The traditional female **** debased, denuded and deconstructed - even the reckless artists of the time were horrified, Matisse accused Picasso of pissing over the whole modernist movement by churning out stuff like it - wonderfully Picasso knew better than the rest. Like any new visual language, the masses would have to go to class and learn to speak it. The Cubist painters rejected the oft repeated axiom that art should copy nature or that they should adopt the traditional techniques of perspective, modelling and foreshortening. Instead they wanted to emphasise the two-dimensional quality of the canvas. Figures and objects were dissected and re-assembled into hideous but compelling figures, for awhile the original subject was evoked but then that small comfort was blown to kingdom come.

Instead they wanted to emphasise the two-dimensional quality of the canvas. Figures and objects were dissected and re-assembled into hideous but compelling figures, for a while the original subject was evoked but then that small comfort was blown to kingdom come. Then Picasso exploded the whole shebang, he began pasting coloured pieces of paper on his compositions, three dimensional perspective was erased and now the real world was penetrating art. Following the hell of World War I, Picasso followed the rest of Europe and tip-toed away from the precipice, stopped contemplating flinging himself into the abyss - he began to produce work in a neo-classical style. At this stage Picasso could have shat on a canvas and the world would have applauded, Picasso detested his fame, seeing as the curse of the artist. He began sculpting work, perhaps hoping that the world would leave him alone, that they would not be interested in his novel attempts at a different medium, of course this was not to be. His work was now being influenced by the burgeoning Surrealist movement but conversely they viewed their work as hereditary of Picasso. His final works were a mish-mash of styles, he churned out work in a mind-boggling amount of styles. The majority dismissed his late work, deriding him as an old geezer who was way past his prime. How could they dismiss him? Had they learnt nothing? Had they not being watching him for decades and decades? Only after his death, when the rest of the world had moved on from abstract expressionism did the wishy-washy art community realise that Picasso had already discovered neo-expressionism, as usual way ahead of his time, again they would have to go to class to learn the new visual language.
